  The worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with. After leaving the property, the real estate agent tacked on so many charges that I lost half my bond. I wish I had taken them to the tribunal, as these charges were not fair.
  
  No other land agent has ever had a bad thing to say about my tenancy. My very latest one told me that my house was cleaner than when I moved in!
  
  But this estate agent charged me to re-do the whole garden when the lawnmower man had left behind grass clippings. He charged me for things that would be considered 'wear and tear', such as small marks on the wall, and he charged me for a whole hours' cleaning simply because I left dust on the exhaust fan (a ten minute job).
  
  My recommendation is that if this is your land agent's, you be very careful at the final inspection. If there are unreasonable charges, make sure you don't pay them. Go to the tribunal, don't be an inexperienced dummy like me!
